Advice and Enrolment Event

North Lindsey College will be hosting its next Advice and Enrolment Event on Thursday 31st August 2017 4:30pm-7.00pm.

It is a fantastic opportunity for you to go along to the college to find out more about the courses on offer, including vocational programmes, apprenticeships, A Level and university programmes. If you’re unsure of your career path it’s a chance for you speak tutors or the college Careers Guidance team. The Advice and Enrolment Event is a great opportunity for school leavers who are yet to apply or others thinking about their next steps.

North Lindsey College students progress onto a wide variety of destinations, including university, apprenticeships and employment. Former Huntcliff student Cameron Lings has gone on to study at his first choice university, Teesside University after achieving a distinction in his Level 3 Foundation Diploma in Art and Design and completing his A Level English. Cameron, who chose to specialise in sculpture, has recently had one of his pieces of work exhibited in Sheffield.

 “North Lindsey College helped me with my confidence to achieve a distinction and C grade in English," says Cameron. "I’m now going onto my first choice university to study fine art.” 

After studying travel and tourism, former Vale Academy student, Emily Jackson- Johnstone has secured a role working at Eastern Airways at Humberside Airport. Emily secured employment after completing a work experience placement the local airport.

“The tutors are really helpful and the specialist facilities such as the aircraft cabin really helped me to develop my experience in preparation for employment. “
