Customer Services

Our friendly Customer Services team can be found in the Atrium.

Customer Services are the central point for all College enquiries and information, and can help with the vast majority of enquiries.

For people looking for more specialised help with choosing a course, we have a qualified Guidance Team on hand to offer individual advice and guidance.

Customer Services can provide course information, bus details, information on financial assistance and much more. The team can also book appointments for the careers guidance team and our counsellors.

In March 2010, our team were accredited for meeting the Matrix Quality Standard for information, advice and guidance services, so you can be sure you will receive high quality, impartial advice.

 Monday – Thursday  8.30am – 5.00pm
 Friday  8.30am – 4.30pm

E-mail Service

Students can access support by emailing student.advice@northlindsey.ac.uk if they are unable, for any reason, to visit the College in person.

Exams & Registry

Our exams and registry team are able to deal with any enrolment, registration or examination queries you may have before, during or after your course.
