The STEM Experience

The STEM Experience

The "STEM Experience" will enable you to do any of the following:

  • Mix and match AS Level studies with practical/vocational courses to suit your needs
  • Study a number of AS Level courses
  • Enhance your GCSE qualifications in the key subjects of Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology

As a STEM student you will develop a wide range of additional skills that employers and universities are looking for. You will understand the language of business and develop your ability to be creative and innovative, work with others or on your own and demonstrate that you can see a project through to completion. You will be at the front of the queue with employers and universities. You will enjoy the "STEM Experience".

You will study in a brand new, state of the art STEM Centre and have access to on-line learning and electronic assignment management.

How to apply

North Lindsey College offers a vast range of programmes in many different vocational areas and at all academic levels or an apprenticeship.

The application process is different for each method of study:

Applying for a Further Education programme

If you are a full-time Year 11 pupil at a North Lincolnshire secondary school, application forms will be available through your school from January each year. These should be completed and returned to your school, who will forward them to us.

If you have left school, or are a pupil at a school outside North Lincolnshire, please contact Customer Services on 01724 294030 or email to request the appropriate form, or download a copy. Alternatively, you can apply online using the "Lincs2" eProspectus system
